Built on decades of research and leadership practice, x360 is a psychometrically tested leadership assessment and report that provides data to help leaders develop the capabilities needed for an exponentially changing world.  The assessment highlights the importance of external outreach, distributed and nimble leadership, and adaptability.

 

Created by MIT and INSEAD professors, these quick-turn computer-based simulations are ideal practice areas for change managers, general managers, and innovation leaders looking to move teams forward. In classroom or completely online, an effective tool for facilitating effective team strategies.
