To create a new x360 survey, click on the Survey Platform button below. Once an order has been submitted, you can view your survey immediately.
New administrators: Please email x360-orders@xlead.co to initiate the x360 onboarding process and obtain administrator login credentials.
x360 Existing Surveys
To view your existing x360 surveys (Active or Closed), click on the Survey Platform button below.​ You may contact x360-orders@xlead.co for order status, enquiries, and support.
